百合知母汤加味治疗肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：百合知母汤加味治疗肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法：选取肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征患者86例，分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予逍遥丸，观察组给予百合知母汤加味，对比两组临床疗效。结果：治疗后观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组患者（P＜0.05），且观察组患者E₂、FSH、LH水平及AIS评分情况显著优于对照组。结论：百合知母汤加味治疗肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征可疗效显著，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To study the clinical efficacy ofcompounding Lilii and Anemarrhenae Decoction in treating climacteric syndromeof yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods: Methods: 86 patients withclimacteric syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney were divided intocontrol group(Xiaoyao Pill group) and observation group (compounding Lilii andAnemarrhenae Decoction group), the clinical efficacy was compared.Results:After treatment, the total efficiency of the observation group wassignificantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05), and E₂, FSH, LH levels and AIS scoresituation of observation group were significantly better than that of controlgroup.Conclusion: In treating climacteric syndrome of yin deficiency of liverand kidney, compounding Lilii and Anemarrhenae Decoction had better effect anddeserved a wide application.
