《伤寒论》中沉脉临床意义探析

【摘  要】目的：沉脉是临床中常见的脉象，而仲景对脉诊的运用颇为灵活，独具匠心，时至今日，仍为临床脉诊运用之典范，在辨证意义上也有很多特殊之处。故本论文期望通过整理《伤寒论》中该方面的条文并对其临床意义进行探讨，使仲景脉法能够更好的运用于临床。方法：本论文全面的整理了《伤寒论》中涉及沉脉的所有条文，并从生理性沉脉和病理性沉脉两个方面对其临床意义进行了探讨。结果：沉脉主里证。并可分为里阳虚证、营血不足、痰饮病、水热互结、瘀血内结、里有积滞、邪热内扰七种证型。结论：仲景脉法博大精深，系统整理《伤寒论》中有关脉法的条文，必能提高中医的临床疗效，更好的为人类健康服务。

【Abstract】Objective: Sunken pulse is the commonclinical pulse manifestations. Zhongjing’s using pulse diagnosis is quiteflexible and skillful. Nowadays, he still was a model of using the pulsediagnosis in the clinic. Especially, some pulse’s description has unique traitsand has significant meaning in syndrome differentiation．So this thesis expects to made a collation of therelated articles in the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile and MiscellaneousDiseases and to made an investigation on the clinical significance, so thatZhongjing’s sphygmology can be used better in theclinic.Method: This thesis has made a complete collation of the relatedarticles in the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases andhas made an investigation on the clinical significance from the both aspects ofphysiological sunken pulse and pathological sunken pulse.Result:Sunken pulsegoverns the internal syndromes, which can be divided into seven types ofdeficiency of internal Yang, shortage of nutritive Qi and blood, phlegmdisease, tangle with water and heat, internal blood congestion, internalindigestion, and disturbance by pathogenic factors and heat. Conclusion: Zhongjing’ssphygmology is extensive and profound. To sort out systematically the articleson the sphygmology in the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile and MiscellaneousDiseases, it will surely promote the improvement of clinical efficacy and alsocan serve human being hen better.
