肝病的中西医结合认识

【摘 要】肝病是临床常见病、多发病，根据病理特点，将其分为病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝病、酒精性脂肪肝。西医治疗以抗病毒、免疫抑制、保肝为主，因疗程较长，药物不良反应明显，患者依从性差，导致疗效欠佳；中医则采用疏肝健脾、清热解毒、活血化瘀等方法，通过辨证论治，弥补了西医之不足，提高了临床疗效。因此，中西医结合，取长补短，是提高肝病治愈率的有效途径。

【Abstract】Liver diseases are clinical frequent diseases, forwhich the treatment of west medicine lies in antivirus and immunosuppression,both of which have obvious side effects and the therapeutic effects areunsatisfactory. TCM holds that the treatment of liver diseases lies in soothingliver and strengthening spleen, clearing away heat and toxic material,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, which could improve theclinical effects of west medicine. The combination of TCM with west medicinecould exert the advantages of the above-mentioned therapies and becomeseffective means in improving the clinical efficacy.
