【摘要】目的：观察补脾温肾汤对慢性肾炎脾肾阳虚证患者临床疗效及机制。方法：将70例慢性肾炎脾肾阳虚证患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组35例。治疗组35例采取中药补脾温肾汤治疗；对照组35例则采取贝那普利治疗。两组疗程均为8周。治疗8周后对两组临床治疗效果进行比较，并观察治疗前后两组24小时尿蛋白和血清转化生长因子（TGF-β1）水平的变化。结果：治疗后，治疗组总有效率85.71%，对照组总有效率80.00%，两组无显著性差异（P＞0.05）；治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率88.89%，对照组中医证候疗效总有效率69.44%,治疗组在改善中医症候方面疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组均能显著降低24 h尿蛋白定量，且治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.01）。两组均能显著降低血清TGF-β1，且治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：补脾温肾汤能明显改善慢性肾炎脾肾阳虚证患者的临床症状，减轻蛋白尿，下调血清转化生长因子β1（TGF-β1）的水平。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe clinical effect and mechanismof the Bupi WenShen decoction on chronic nephritis. Methods :70 patients withchronic nephritis of Pishe Yangxu were randomly divided into two groups, andeach group of 35 cases. The control group was given lotensin，while the treatment group was given BuPi WenShen decoction．Results: After treatment, the total efficiency of thetreatment group was 85.7% and in the control group was 80.00% ( P>0.05) ; the total eficiency ofsyndromes were 88.89% in treatment group and 69.44% in control group, respectively.The clinical efficiency in treatment group was better ( P<0.05). Both groups could significantly reduce the 24-h urinaryalbumin, and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01). Both groups couldsignificantly reduce the levels of serum TGF-β1, and the treatment group wasbetter ( P<0.05 ). Conclusions: BuPiWenShen Decoction could attenuate the albuminuria in patients with chronicnephritis.
