   【摘  要】麻黄作为发表第一药物，在慢性肾病的治疗中有着重要的作用，其性味轻灵宣散，轻扬上达，对湿热蕴结，清阳下陷，阳虚水泛所致的蛋白尿、水肿等症，疗效显著。

   【Abstract】Ephedra is the best Chinese herbal for dispersingsuperficial pathogens. Even in the treatment of chronic kidney disease, it hassignificant effect. Due to the dispelling flavor, it has remarkable effecton proteinuria, edema and other symptoms resulted from damp-heat accumulationand essence subsidence.
