三子三拗敛肺汤治疗风咳证疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：观察并比较三子三拗敛肺汤与复方甘草片治疗风咳证的疗效。方法：采用随机单盲法将60例风咳证患者分为治疗组与对照组，每组30人，分别给予三子三拗敛肺汤及复方甘草片进行治疗，用药时间1周时间，观察1周后及2周后的病人的症候积分变化。结果：用药1周治疗组总有效率为96.7%，对照组总有效率为90%，治疗组疗效优于对照组。停药1周治疗组复发率为3.4%，对照组复发率为18%，治疗组复发率低于对照组。结论：三子三拗敛肺汤对于治疗风咳证较复方甘草片具有更高的有效率及较低的复发率。

【Abstact】Objective: To observe and compare clinical efficancy of SanZi SanAo LianFei decoctionon Feng Cough. Methods: to divide the 60 cases of AC intotwo groups randomly, 30 cases are in treatmentgroup, withSanZi SanAo LianFei decoction, another 30 cases are incontrol group,with Compound Liquorice Tablet for one week. Results: the total efficiency intreatmentgroup is 96.7%, the control group is90%. The recurrence rate in the treatmentgroup is 3.4%,and the controlgroup is 18%. The treatmentgroup curativeeffect is better and the recurrence rate islower. Conclusion: the SanZi SanAo LianFei soup forWind Cough syndromehas higher efficacy and lower recurrence.
