健脾活血化痰法治疗血管性痴呆的临床研究

【摘  要】目的：分析健脾活血化痰法治疗血管性痴呆的临床效果。方法：本研究选取2012年6月—2014年5月78例血管性痴呆患者为对象，将其随机分组。对照组患者接受西医常规治疗，实验组患者在常规治疗基础上辅以健脾活血化痰法治疗。以MMSE评分的变化评价疗效，对比分析两组患者治疗效果和不良反应的差异。结果：对照组患者总有效率为82.4%，不良反应发生率为7.8%；实验组患者总有效率为98.0%，不良反应发生率为9.8%。采用x²检验分析进行数据统计，实验组患者总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：健脾活血化痰法对血管性痴呆具有满意的辅助治疗效果，同时不会增加不良反应，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To analyze the clinical effect ofreinforcing spleen, activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm ontreatment of vascular dementia. Methods: 78 cases of vascular dementia patientswere randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group weretreated by conventional western medicine treatment. The patients in theexperimental group, on basis of the conventional treatment, were treated byreinforcing spleen, activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm. Thecurative effects of the two groups were evaluated according to the MMSE score.The curative effects and the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results: The total effective rate of the control group was 82.4% and theincidence of adverse reaction of the control group was 7.8%. The totaleffective rate of the experimental group was 98.0% and the incidence of adversereaction of the experimental group was 9.8%. According to the results of  chi-square test,the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higherthan that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). There was no statistical differencebetween the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion: The method of Reinforcingspleen, activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm has satisfying adjuvanttreatment effect on vascular dementia and it does not increase the adversereactions, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
