柯 彤-辨证治疗抑郁症88例疗效观察

【摘 要】目的：观察中医辨证治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：将168例抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组88例，对照组80例。治疗组采用中医辨证分型治疗，对照组服用西药帕罗西汀片。两组均治疗3个月。结果：治疗组治愈率为62.5%，总有效率为95.5%；对照组治愈率为45%，总有效率为65%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：中医辨证治疗抑郁症临床疗效确切安全。

【Abstract】Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treatment based on syndrome differentiation on depression.Methods: 168 patients with depression were randomly divided into the treatment group with 88 cases and the control group with 80 cases.The treatment group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine,while the control group was treated with western medicine paroxetine tablets. The two groups were treated for 3 months.Results:The curative rate was 62.5% in the treatment group,while the total effective rate was 95.5%;for the control group, the curative rate was 45%,the total effective rate was 65%.The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome differentiation has accurate and safe effect on depression.
