姜 玉-美白玉容汤口服治疗黄褐斑肾虚血瘀证的临床研究

【摘  要】目的：评价美白玉容汤口服治疗肾虚血瘀型黄褐斑临床疗效。方法：采用患者自身前后对照的方法，比较治疗前后皮损的MASI评分以及中医证候的差异。结果：MASI评分最低为2.4分，最高37.4分，平均（17.87±7.89）分，分析差异时，由于治疗第4周和治疗第8周的数据不符合正态分布，所以采用非参数检验的Wilcoxon检验。根据检验结果，说明在治疗第4周，8周和12周后均比治疗前有效。治疗4周组、8周组、12周组的MASI评分减少（即有效率）分别为27.8%、39.4%及73.8%。结论：美白玉容汤口服对肾虚血瘀型黄褐斑有一定的治疗作用。

【Abstract】Objective: Toevaluate the curative effect of Meibai Yurong Decoction on chloasma of kidneydeficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods: The differences of the melasmaarea severity index (MASI) and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine betweenbefore and after treatment was found by the comparison of the patients before andafter treatment.Results:The lowest MASI was 2.4 and the highest was 37.4.Themean MASI was 17.87±7.89. Because the data of the 4^th and 8^thweek did not comply with normal distribution,the the non-parameters testWilcoxon was adopted. According to the result of the test,the curative effectappeared in the 4^th, 8^th and 12^th week.Theeffective rate of the  4^th,8^thand 12^th week were respectively 27.8%、39.4% and73.8%.Conclusion:Meibai YurongDecoction had some curative effect on chloasma of kidney deficiency and bloodstasis syndrome.
