浅议自拟桂枝厚朴汤治疗胆道手术后消化不良症状

【摘  要】目的：研究分析桂枝厚朴汤治疗胆道手术后消化不良症状的临床治疗效果。方法：选取本院接受胆道手术的患者124例，通过随机数表法将患者分为参照组和观察组各62例，观察组患者使用助阳燥湿、行气除满法，桂枝厚朴汤治疗。参照组患者服用多潘力酮进行治疗。结果：参照组患者的治疗总有效率为80.6%，观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.5%，观察组患者的总有效率明显优于参照组患者，参照组的住院时间明显短于参照组，两组差异具有显著统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：使用自拟桂枝厚朴汤治疗胆道手术后消化不良可以疗效显著，缩短患者的住院时间，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective:To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of of Guizhi Houpu decoction intreating indigestion after biliary surgery. Methods: 124 patients wererandomized into the observation group and the control group evenly. The controlgroup received routine domperidone while the observation group received GuizhiHoupu decoction, the therapeutic effects were compared. Results: The totalefficiency of the observation group (93.5%) was significantly better than that of the controlgroup (80.6%), the length of stay of the observation group was significantlyshorter than that of the control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Guizhi Houpu decoction had a remarkable clinical therapeutic effect in treatingindigestion after biliary surgery and shortening length of stay, it was worthfurther application.
