中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作期115例临床观察

【摘  要】目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作期的临床疗效。方法：115例COPD急性发作期患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，对照组58例予以常规西药治疗；治疗组57例在此基础上加用中药方剂治疗，比较两组的肺功能、血氧分析及临床疗效。结果：治疗组的总有效率93.0%，显著高于对照组的81.0%（P＜0.05）；两组治疗前后血气分析（PaO₂，PaCO₂）结果比较；对照组及治疗组在治疗前后PaO₂与PaCO₂均有显著改善（P＜0.01），且治疗组的改善优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组治疗前后PEF，FEV1%，FVC检查结果比较；治疗后两组患者FVC、PEF、FEV1%，明显提高（P＜0.05）；治疗组PEF，FEV1%，FVC显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗COPD急性发作期疗效显著，安全有效，能缩短病程，提高疗效，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe the clinicaltherapeutic effect of the combination of TCM and west medicine in treating chronicobstructive pulmonary disease in acute attack. Methods: 115 patients with chronicobstructive pulmonary disease were randomized into the observation group andthe control group. 57 cases in the control group received routine west medicinewhile the observation group received an extra TCM Decoction, pulmonaryinfection, oxygen analysis and the therapeutic effects were compared. Results:The total efficiency of the observation group was 93.0%, which wassignificantly higher than that of the control group, 81.0% (P<0.05); the blood gas analysis （PaO₂,PaCO₂）of both groups improved significantly, and theimprovement of the observation group excelled that of the control group,  the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the PEF，FEV1%，FVC of both groups improved significantly (P＜0.05), andthe improvement of the observation group excelled that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical therapeutic effect of thecombination of TCM and west medicine was remarkable in treating chronicobstructive pulmonary disease in acute attack and it was worthy of application.
