中医综合治疗在小儿痰热咳嗽临床治疗中的应用及效果观察

【摘  要】目的：探讨中医综合治疗在小儿痰热咳嗽临床治疗中的应用及效果。方法：将130例痰热咳嗽患儿按照治疗方法分为对照组（n=65）与观察组（n=65），分别采用西医治疗与中医综合治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果：①经治疗，观察组临床总有效率为93.9%（61/65），对照组临床总有效率为73.9%（48/65），两组临床疗效差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；②观察组主要证候（咳嗽、咯痰及肺部啰音）消失时间及住院时间均显著小于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：中医综合治疗小儿痰热咳嗽的效果显著，患儿证候消失时间均显著缩短，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective:To study the clinical application and effect observation of TCM treatment inpediatric phlegmy cough. Methods: 130 patients of pediatric phlegmy cough wererandomized into the observation group and the control group evenly. The controlgroup received routine treatment while the observation group received TCMtreatment, the therapeutic effects were compared. Results:①After the treatment,total effective rate of theobservation group was 93.9% (61/65) and the total effective rate of the controlgroup was 73.9% (48/65), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); ②The main syndrome (cough, expectoration and pulmonaryrales) disappearing time and length of hospital stay were significantly lessthan that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Conclusion:TCM treatment had a remarkable effect in treatingpediatric phlegmy cough and it was worth clinical application.
