脑栓通胶囊治疗60例急性缺血性脑卒中临床观察

【摘  要】目的：观察脑栓通胶囊治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治的60例急性缺血性脑卒中患者，将其随机分为实验组与对照组，每组各30例，其中对照组使用常规治疗方法，实验组在对照组基础上加用脑栓通胶囊治疗，观察两组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分及疗效。结果：两组患者在治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分均呈上升好转趋势，且实验组神经功能缺损程度评分明显比对照组要高，实验组的总有效率为90.0%，显著高于对照组的76.7%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论：脑栓通胶囊联合常规治疗可改善急性缺血性脑卒中患者的脑神经功能，提高临床疗效，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe the effect of Nao Shuan Tong capsule onacute ischemic stroke. Methods: 60 cases with acute ischemic stroke wereselected and randomly divided into two groups (30 cases in the experimental group and30 cases in the control group ). The controlgroup was treated with conventional treatment, while the observationalgroup was treated with Nao Shuan Tong capsule on the basis of the therapy of thecontrol group.After the treatment, the effect and neurologicalfunction deficit score of patients were observed. Results: Neurological function deficit score of the patients in bothgroups were higher after the treatment and in the experimentalgroup the Neurologicalfunction deficit was higher than that in the controlgroup. The total effective rate of experimentalgroup was higher than control group(90% VS 76.67%) and the difference was statisticallysignificant.Conclusion: Nao Shuan Tong capsule combined with conventional treatment canimprove brain function in patients with acute ischemic stroke and improve theclinical efficacy, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
