疏郁胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：观察疏郁胶囊（院内制剂）治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的临床疗效。方法：将180例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为观察组90例和对照组90例，其中观察组口服疏郁胶囊（院内制剂），对照组口服双歧杆菌三联活菌片。2组疗程均为4周，4周后观察两组患者的临床症状改善情况。结果：两组患者临床症状改善总有效率观察组（93.33%）明显优于对照组（75.56%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗后症状积分差值比较，观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：疏郁胶囊（院内制剂）治疗肠易激综合征疾病有显著疗效，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To the observe Shuyu capsule for IBS patients with diarrhea. Methods: 180 cases of diarrhea IBSwere randomly divided into the observation group 90cases and control group90 cases, the observation group was given oral Shuyu capsule (hospitalpreparations), the control group took oral BifidTriple Viable tablets. Results: The total efficiency of the observation group(93.33%) was significantly better than 75.56%, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); As for symptoms score, the observationgroup was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shuyucapsule (hospital preparations) has remarkable curativeeffects on IBS.
