卢 华-中医治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的效果分析

【摘 要】目的：探讨中医治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床效果。方法：选取在我院2013年—2014年在我院治疗的60例咳嗽变异型哮喘的患者，随机分为中医组和西医组，每组30例。其中中医组采取中医方法进行治疗，西医组采取西医的方式进行治疗。比较患者在1个疗程的病证恢复情况，对患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果：中医治疗的总有效率为93.3%，明显高于西医组的80%。结论：中医治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘疗效显著，且安全无副作用，值得在临床治疗中推广和使用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment on cough variant asthma. Methods: 60 patients with cough variant asthma in our hospital from 2013 to 2014 were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and western medicine group, 30 cases in each group. The Chinese medicine group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and the western medicine group was treated with western medicine. The recovery in one treatment course and the curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 93.3% which was significantly higher than the 80% of the western medicine group. Conclusion: Chinese medicine treatment had significant curative effect on cough variant asthma. It is safe and without side effects, so it is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
