中医护理在脑梗死患者康复护理中应用观察

【摘 要】目的：探讨中医护理在脑梗死患者康复护理中应用。方法：选择脑梗死的患者90例，分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者给予常规康复护理措施，观察组则在此基础上进行中医护理，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果：护理后，观察组患者的运动功能评分和日常生活活动能力评分显著高于对照组；观察组患者的SDS和SAS评分显著低于对照组，均有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论：中医护理在脑梗死患者康复护理中有效提高了患者日常生活能力以及运动能力，改善了生活质量，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: Toexplore TCM nursing care for rehabilitation from cerebral infarction. Methods:90 cases of cerebral infarction were divided into control group and observationgroup, observation group was given TCM nursing care more. Results: Aftertreatment, motor function and activities of daily living scores in the observationgroup were significantly higher; SDS and SAS scores were significantly lowerthan those in the control group, there were significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion:TCM rehabilitation nursing care for cerebral infarction can effectively improvethe patients' daily living skills and athletic ability.
