加味抑肝汤与百忧解治疗抑郁症的对照观察

【摘 要】目的：观察中药加味抑肝汤治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和不良反应。方法：采用随机对照试验，共纳入治疗组（加味抑肝汤）46例，对照组（百忧解）46例，于用药前及用药后第1、2、4、6周分别以汉密尔顿抑郁量表（24项，HAMD）评定药物疗效，用描述性记录不良反应。结果治疗6周后，治疗组和对照组有效率分别为76.1%和73.9%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；HAMD减分率治疗组与对照组差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。不良反应发生率治疗组和对照组分别为15.2%和47.8%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：加味抑肝汤治疗抑郁症与百忧解疗效相当，不良反应明显少于百忧解。

【Abstract】Objective To observe clinical efficacy andadverse reaction(ADR) of the Jiawei Yigan decoction on depression. Methods: patientswere divided into two groups randomly: 46 cases in treatment group(Jiawei YiganDecoction) and 46 cases in control group(Fluoxetine), Hamilton Depressionscale(24 Items, HAMD) was used to evaluate the drug effect, and the score wasrecorded at pre-drug treatment and 1, 2, 4, 6 weeks post-drug treatment. Thediscription of ADR was recorded in time. Results: After 6 weeks of treatment,the efficacy was 76.1% and 73.9% in treatment and control group respectively.There was no significant difference between two groups at efficiency (P＞0.05),as well as at decreasing of HAMD(P＞0.05). The incidence of ADR was 15.2% and 47.8%,respectively, there was statistical difference between two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion: The Jiawei Yigan Decoction show equivalent efficacy to Fluoxetine fordespression, but causes less ADR.
