陈一川-中药配方颗粒宣肺脱敏方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）60 例临床疗效观察

【摘 要】目的：探讨宣肺脱敏方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治的60例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者为研究对象，随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组30例采用吲哚美辛肠溶片和马来酸氯苯那敏片治疗，治疗组30例采用宣肺脱敏方治疗，统计3 d缓解率。结果：两组患者治疗3 d后，治疗组缓解率高达93.3%，对照组为76.7%，两组对比差异显著（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：宣肺脱敏方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘起效快，效果确切，可以大力推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Releasing lung and Desensitization Formula on treatment of cough variant asthma (CVA) .Methods:60 cases of cough variant asthma patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.30 patients in the control group were treated by indomethacin enteric coatel tablets and chlorphenamine maleate. 30 patients in the treatment group were treated by Releasing lung and Desensitization Formula.The remission rate of 3 days were calculated. Results: Three days after the treatment,the remission rate of the treatment group was as high as 93.3% and the control group was 76.7%.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: The effect of Releasing Lung Desensitization Formula on CVA is fast and exact, so it can be largely promoted.
