结合现代医学治疗咳嗽

【摘 要】咳嗽是临床常见症状，本文以中医辨证为基础，结合现代医学，讨论如何用中药治疗咳嗽以提高治疗效果。中医治疗咳嗽首先要辨证，根据不同的证型，选用相对的方药，这是中医治病的基本模式，而现代医学认为所患疾病若相同，在微观上就有某类共同的基本特征，有相对固定的发生、发展、转归等病理演变过程，这就为我们在中医辨证的基础上，利用现代医学微观辨病治疗咳嗽提供了理论依据。本文在中医辨证治疗咳嗽的前提下，讨论结合现代医学：根据不同病菌所致的咳嗽、不同的肺部体征、不同的病变部位、咳嗽的不同阶段、顽固性咳嗽以及对症治疗咳嗽，选用相应的中药治疗，这样才能取得最佳的治疗效果。

【Abstract】Cough is acommon clinical symptom of many diseases. On the basis of syndromedifferentiation of TCM combined with modern medical theory, the paper discusseshow to improve the treatment of cough by Chinese herbal medicine. The differentiationof symptoms is the first step in TCM treatment. The basic mode in TCM is tochoose the right prescription according to different symptoms, while frommodern medicine, the same disease possesses a certain kind of common featuresin the micro and a relatively fixed pathological process in its occurrence,development and outcome. Therefore, it provides us a theoretical basis for thedifferentiation and treatment of cough from modern medicine in the micro on thebasis of TCM differentiation. On the premise of TCM differentiation combinedwith modern medical theories, the paper holds the view that proper Chinesemedicine should be used according to cough caused by different pathogens,different lung symptoms, different lesion locations, different stages andchronic cough in the symptomatic treatment.
