对不孕症患者心理状况的护理干预体会

【摘 要】目的：探讨不孕患者的心理状况及给予护理干预后的效果评价。方法：将100例不孕症患者随机分为A组（观察组）组和B组（对照组）组各50例，采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表（SAS）及Zung氏抑郁自评量表（SDS）测定其干预前后两组患者的心理状况，并对两组测定数据进行SPASS13.0统计学分析、对照。结果：A组的SAS、SDS评分较B组有了明显的降低（P＜0.05）。结论：通过有效的护理干预，可降低不孕不育患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪，大大提高了治疗效果、患者满意度及生活质量。

【Abstract】Objective:To Explore the psychological condition of patients with infertility and theeffect of nursing intervention on them. Methods: 100 patients with infertilitywere randomly divided into group A (observation group) and group B (controlgroup), with 50 cases in each group. The psychological conditions of thepatients in the two groups before and after intervention were evaluated by zung’sself-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and elf-rating Depression scale (SDS). The dataof the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared by SPASS 13.0.Results: The scores of SAS and SDS of group A were significantly decreased (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The anxiety and depression ofpatients with infertility can be effectively improved by nursing intervention.The nursing intervention can significantly improve the curative effect and thelife quality of the patients.
