农村初产妇产后抑郁的原因分析及综合护理干预

【摘 要】目的：探索农村初产妇产后抑郁的原因及如何进行护理干预。方法：选择 2012年6月—12月来自聊城市农村在我院进行产前检查并且住院分娩的初产妇200例，通过问卷调查及与产妇面对面的交流仔细观察产妇的神态表情倾听其语气声调判断其心理反应情况从中发现心理问题。结果：本组轻度抑郁120例占60 %，中度抑郁55例 27.5 %，重度抑郁25例占12.5 %。结论：产后抑郁状态的农村初产妇所获得的情感支持、经济支持、信息支持和评价支持是匮乏的，因此鼓励多途径、综合的、有针对性的预防性干预措施。

【Abstract】Objective:To explore postpartum depression andnursing intervention.Methods:200 cases were included through the questionnairesurvey to judge their psychological reaction for the psychologicalproblems.Results:The mild depression of 120 cases (60%), moderate depression 55cases 27.5%,25 cases of major depression (12.5%).Conclusion:Postpartumdepression in rural primipara come from emotional support,financial support,informationsupport;therefore encourage multi-way,comprehensive,targeted preventiveinterventions were neccesary.
