定喘汤对小儿支气管哮喘的疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：针对定喘汤对小儿支气管哮喘的治疗效果进行分析。方法：将120例小儿支气管哮喘患者平均分为对照组和观察组，对照组实施西药治疗。观察组实施定喘汤治疗，针对观察组、对照组患儿的临床治疗有效率、不良反应进行对比。结果：观察组与对照组的临床治疗有效率分别为96.7%、78.3%，P＜0.05。观察组与对照组患儿治疗中不良反应的发生率分别为3.3%、15.0%，P＜0.05。结论：在小儿支气管哮喘的治疗中，定喘汤的治疗效果显著，可以显著的改善患者的临床症状，提高治疗效果。

【Abstract】objective: To analyze Clinical effect ofAnti-asthma decoction on infantile bronchial asthma. Methods: The 120 cases ofpediatric asthma patients were divided into a control group and observationgroup; The control group was given western medicine. The observation group wasgiven the Dingchuang decoction. Results: Clinical efficacy in the observationgroup and control group were 96.7%, respectively, 78.3%, P<0.05. The adverse events rates were 3.3%, 15.0%, P<0.05.Conclusion: On bronchialasthma in children, the therapeutic effects of the Dichuang decoction cansignificantly improve the clinical symptoms.
