自拟定喘祛痰方治疗支气管哮喘临床分析

【摘  要】目的：探究自拟定喘祛痰方在支气管哮喘疾病治疗中的应用效果，以便为临床提供指导。方法：选取2013年6月—2014年6月我院收治的支气管哮喘患者80例，按照治疗方法的不同分为两组，每组40例，两组均进行常规治疗，对照组加用氨茶碱治疗，观察组加用自拟定喘祛痰方治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果：观察组有效率为97.5%，对照组为87.5%，观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），有统计学意义。结论：自拟定喘祛痰方在支气管哮喘治疗中具有较好的应用效果，能够加快患者临床症状改善，提高治疗总有效率，值得在临床上推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the Dingchuan Qutanrecipe in treating bronchial asthma disease. Methods: June 2013 to 2014 June inour hospital 80 patients with bronchial asthma, 40 cases in each group, twogroups were conventional treatment, the control group was added withaminophylline, the observation group was given the Dingchuan Qutan recipe.Results: the observation group was 97.5%, the control group was 87.5%, thetotal efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that inthe control group (P<0.05), and itwas statistically significant. Conclusion: the Dingchuan Qutan recipe forbronchial asthma can accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms, is worthyto be popularized in clinic.
