朱砂安神丸治疗血液透析睡眠障碍患者临床观察

【摘 要】目的：观察朱砂安神丸治疗维持性血液透析（MHD）患者睡眠障碍临床疗效。方法：将纳入病例的40例MHD睡眠障碍患者按自评睡眠障碍量表分级分为轻度失眠组和中重度失眠组，均予以朱砂安神丸治疗，疗程均为15d。对两组治疗前后临床症状评分进行比较。结果：轻度失眠组治疗后临床症状评分方面明显优于中重度失眠组（P＜0.01）。结论：朱砂安神丸能明显改善轻度失眠MHD患者的临床症状，对中重度失眠MHD患者效果欠佳。

【Abstract】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhusha Anshen pill in treating maintenancehemodialysis patients with sleep disorders. Methods:40 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were included asresearch objects, and those MHD patients with sleep disorders were divided intothe mild insomnia group and the moderate to severe insomnia group according tothe self rating scale of sleep disorder, both groups received Zhusha Anshenpill and the treatment lasted 15 days. Before and after treatment, theclinical symptom scores of two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, theclinical symptom scores of the mild insomnia group were significantly betterthan that of the moderate to severe insomnia group (P＜0.01).Conclusion:ZhushaAnshen pill could significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of MHD patientswith mild insomnia, but its effect on MHD patients with moderate to severeinsomnia was not satisfactory.
