自拟通乳方治疗产后缺乳证226例

【摘  要】目的：观察自拟通乳方治疗产后缺乳证的临床疗效。方法：将产后缺乳证患者226例给予自拟通乳方治疗，5 d为1个疗程，连服用1～2个疗程观察疗效。结果：治愈197例，好转26例，未愈3例，总有效率98.7%。结论：自拟通乳方治疗产后缺乳证临床疗效显著，值得进一步推广。

【Abstract】Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made TongruFormula in treating postpartum deficiency of milk syndrome. Methods:226 cases of postpartum deficiency ofmilk syndrome were treated by the self-made Tongru Formula, 5 days formed acourse of treatment, the curative effect was assessed after 1 to 2 courses. Results:197 cases were cured, 26 cases wereimproved, 3 cases are ineffective, and the total effective rate was 98.7%. Conclusions:Self-made Tongru Formula had significantclinical effect in treating postpartum deficiency of milk syndrome and it wasworthy of further promotion.
