中医活血化瘀辨证施治脑血栓200例临床疗效观察

【摘 要】目的：观察并探讨脑血栓应用中医活血化瘀辨证治疗的效果。方法：将我院2012年1月—2015年1月收治的200例脑血栓患者随机分为对照组和观察组各100例，前者采取常规西药治疗，后者采取中医学活血化瘀辨证治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果和满意度。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率和总满意率相比于对照组均明显较高，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对脑血栓患者应用中医活血化瘀辨证治疗，大大提高了患者的治疗效果和满意度，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective:To observe and explore the effect ofTCM Huoxue Huayu dialectical therapy in treating cerebral thrombosis. Methods:200 patients with cerebral thrombosis,treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015, were randomlydivided into the control group and the observation group, with 100 cases ineach group, the control group received conventional western medicine while theobservation group received TCM Huoxue Huayu dialectical therapy, the therapeuticeffect and therapeutic effect satisfaction of two groups of patient were compared.Results: The total efficiency and the therapeutic effect satisfaction of theobservation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, thedifference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion: TCM Huoxue Huayu dialectical therapy could significantlyimprove the therapeutic effect and satisfaction in treating patients cerebralthrombosis, it was worthy of clinical application.
