黄芪九物汤联合康复理疗用于治疗中风后遗症的

【摘 要】目的：探讨黄芪九物汤联合康复理疗用于治疗中风后遗症的疗效观察，为临床工作提供指导。方法：本研究选取2014年1月—2016年1月我院收治的120例中风后遗症患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，给予观察组患者服用黄芪九物汤及康复理疗方案，给予对照组患者康复理疗方案，并对两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效进行比较。结果：经治疗后观察组患者的血液黏稠性明显低于对照组患者，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义；观察组患者的临床疗效显著高于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。讨论：在治疗中风后遗症患者的过程中，采用黄芪九物汤联合康复理疗方案可显著提高临床治疗效果，此法具有高安全性、高效性等特点，具有指导意义，值得临床上广泛推崇。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the effect of Huangqi Jiuwu Decoction combined withrehabilitation therapy in treating sequelae of apoplexy, and to provideguidance for clinical work. Methods:120 patients with sequelae of apoplexy, admitted in our hospitalfrom January 2014 to January 2016, were selected as research objects andrandomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 60cases in each group. The patients in the observation group received HuangqiJiuwu Decoction combined with rehabilitation therapy while patients in thecontrol group were treated with rehabilitation therapy, the clinical curativeeffect of two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results:After the treatment,the blood viscosity of patients in the observation group was significantlylower than that of the control group patients, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant; theclinical curative effect of the patients in the observation was significantlyhigher than that of the control group patients, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Discussion: In the treatment ofsequelae of apoplex, Huangqi Jiuwu Decoction combined with rehabilitationtherapy could significantly improve the clinical effect. This method hadspecific characteristics, such as of high security, high efficiency and so on,it was of guiding significance and was worthy of wide clinical promotion.
