语言散胶囊联合语言训练治疗脑中风失语症的临床观察

【摘 要】目的：探讨脑中风失语症患者早期康复治疗的临床疗效。方法：96例脑中风失语症早期患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组48例，采用常规药物治疗。治疗组48例，口服语言散胶囊联合语言训练方法进行康复治疗，治疗前后对语言功能进行评价和比较。结果：治疗组总有效率93.8%，优于对照组的52.1%，经统计学处理（P＜0.05）。结论：脑中风失语在患者早期联合治疗对语言功能康复有明显疗效。

【Abstract】Objective:Toexplore the clinical efficacy of early rehabilitation in treating aphasia afterstroke patients. Methods: 96 patients with aphasia after stroke at early stagewere randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. 48 casesin the control group received conventional drug therapy while 48 cases of the treatmentgroup received oral administration of Yuyansan Capsule and language training,the patients language function before and after treatment was evaluated andcompared. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.8%,which was significantly better than that of the control group, 52.1%; thedifference was statistically significant after statistics processing (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combinationof Yuyansan Capsule and language training had significant effects on languagerehabilitation in the early stage of aphasia after stroke.
