中西医结合与单纯西药对急性心肌梗死并发

【摘 要】目的：探讨比较中西医结合与单纯西药治疗急性心肌梗死并发心律失常的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2013年5月－2015年8月收治的80例急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者，随机分成研究组和对照组，对照组采用单纯西药治疗，用药包括利多卡因、阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀等，研究组则增加使用中成药及中药注射剂进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：研究组患者的心律失常各症状改善情况明显由于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中西医结合对急性心肌梗死并发心律失常的临床疗效优于单纯西药，值得在临床上推广使用。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore and compare the clinical effectsof combination of TCM and western medicine and pure western medicine intreating acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia. Methods:80 patients with acute myocardialinfarction complicated with arrhythmia, admitted to our hospital from May 2013to August 2015, were randomly divided into the research group and the controlgroup, the control group was treated with western medicine, includinglidocaine, aspirin and atorvastatin while the research group received Chinesepatent medicine and traditional Chinese medicine injection, the clinicalcurative effects of patients in two groups were compared. Results:The relief of the arrhythmia symptomsin the research group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The combination of TCM and western medicine had better clinicaleffects than pure western medicine in treating acute myocardial infarctioncomplicated with arrhythmia, and it was worthy of clinical promotion andapplication.
