综合护理干预对冠心病患者生活质量的影响及分析

【摘 要】目的：探析冠心病患者接受综合护理干预对其生活质量的改善情况，以进一步优化冠心病护理措施。方法：将我院2014年5月—2015年10月收治的80例冠心病患者分两组，对照组40例为常规护理，观察组40例为综合护理干预。结果：护理后两组SF-36评分较护理前有所提高，但研究组提高幅度显著较对照组高（P＜0.05）。结论：综合护理干预对冠心病患者的生活质量提高具有积极影响，临床可行性高。

【Abstract】Objective: To study the improvement of the quality oflife of patients with coronary heart disease after comprehensive nursingintervention, in order to further optimize the nursing measures of coronaryheart disease. Methods: 80 patients with coronary heart disease, treated in ourhospital from May 2014 to October 2015, were divided into two groups, 40 casesin the control group received conventional nursing, 40 cases in the observationgroup received comprehensive nursing intervention. Results: The SF-36 score oftwo groups were improved compared with that before the treatment, but theimprovement in the observation group was significantly higher than that of thecontrol group (P＜0.05). Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention had positive effect on the quality oflife of patients with coronary heart disease, and it was of high clinicalfeasibility.
