血液检验在地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血中的 诊断价值探析

【摘  要】目的：分析血液检验在地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血中的诊断价值。方法：选择我院2014年5月—2015年5月在我院进行血液检验的患者90例，其中正常患者30例，地中海贫血患者30例，缺铁性贫血患者30例。所有患者均行血液检验，回顾性分析患者血液检验结果及临床表现，就血液检验在地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血中的诊断价值展开研究。结果：地中海贫血患者和缺铁性贫血患者RBC、MCV及MCH、RDW水平均显著高于正常组患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），因此不能区分贫血患者的类型，此时要行血清铁蛋白及血红蛋白电泳检查。缺铁性贫血患者血清铁蛋白及血红蛋白电泳检查结果与地贫患者比较有显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论：通过血液检验，比较相关指标可准确区分地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血，对于提供治疗方案，改善患者预后有着重要的作用。

【Abstract】Objective: To analyze the diagnostic value of bloodtest in the Mediterranean anemia and iron deficiency anemia. Methods:90 patients who had blood test in ourhospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were divided into three groups: 30 caseswere normal patients, 30 cases were patients with Mediterranean anemia and 30cases were patients with iron deficiency anemia. All the patients were givenblood test and the blood test examination results and clinical manifestationswere retrospectively analyzed, research on the diagnostic value of blood testin the Mediterranean anemia and iron deficiency anemia was carried out. Results:The RBC, MCV, MCH and RDW of patients with Mediterranean anemia andiron deficiency anemia were significantly higher than that of the normalpatients, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05), therefore, they could not be used to distinguishtypes of anemia and serum ferritin and hemoglobin electrophoresis examinationswere needed. The results of serum ferritin and hemoglobin electrophoresisexamination of patients with iron deficiency anemia were significantlydifferent with that of patients with Mediterranean anemia (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Mediterranean anemia and irondeficiency anemia could be accurately distinguished by blood test and comparingrelated indexes, it played an important role in providing treatment and improvingthe prognosis of patients.
