中医补气活血法治疗冠心病临床疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：探讨中医补气活血法治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法：选择我院2013年4月—2014年4月接受治疗的76例冠心病患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组的患者行中医补气活血法进行治疗，对照组患者给予西药治疗，比较两组临床疗效及不良反应的发生情况。结果：对照组的总有效率为73.7%，观察组的总有效率为89.5%，观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的患者未出现明显的不良反应，对照组的不良反应发生率为10.5%。结论：中医补气活血法治疗冠心病的临床疗效显著，无不良反应发生情况，值得广泛推广于临床应用。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine invigoratingQi and promoting blood circulation method on coronary heart disease patients. Methods:76 cases with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from April 2013to April, 2014 were randomly divided into an observation group and a controlgroup. The observation group was treated by Buqi Huoxue treatment, while thosein the control group were treated with western medicine .The clinical curativeeffects and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the twogroups after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the controlgroup was 73.7% and that of the observation group was 89.5%.The total effectiverate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup (P＜0.05).No cases ofadverse reactions were noted in the observation group while, the adversereaction was 10.5% in the control group. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese Medicineinvigorating qi and promoting blood circulation method has good effect oncoronaryheart disease with no adverse reaction, which is worthy of clinicalapplication.
