异丙嗪联合葛根素治疗急诊眩晕的疗效及安全性分析

【摘  要】目的：对异丙嗪联合葛根素在急诊眩晕中的临床疗效及安全性予以分析。方法：随机选取我院2014年2月—2015年2月收治的急诊眩晕症患者60例，将其随机均分为两组，分别作为对照组与观察组，对照组患者应用异丙嗪开展治疗，对观察组患者在对照组患者的基础上加用葛根素开展治疗，对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组与对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率分别为：93.3%、73.3%，观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义；两组患者的不良反应发生率没有明显的差异。结论：将异丙嗪联合葛根素应用于急诊眩晕患者的治疗中，能够取得良好的临床治疗效果，并且具有较好的安全性，值得在临床应用中推广。

【Abstract】Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and safety of Promethazine combined withpuerarin in the treatment of vertigo for emergency. Methods: 60 patients withemergency vertigo in our hospital between February 2014 to February 2015 wererandomly divided into two groups, respectively treated as the control group andthe observation group. The control group was given promethazine to carry outtreatment, while the observation group was given puerarin treatment on thebasis of observation of control group. Comparative analysis of clinicalefficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed after thetreatment. Results: The clinical total effective rate of the two groups were:93.3%, 73.3%. The total effective rate of the observation group wassignificantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference wasstatistically significant; no significant differences was seen in the incidenceof adverse reactions of the two groups of patients. Conclusion: ThePromethazine joint puerarin applied for the emergency treatment of patientswith vertigo can achieve good clinical results, and have better security, whichis worthy of clinical application.
