中医药个体化辨证分型治疗原发性高血压的临床应用

【摘要】高血压是现阶段最常见的慢性病之一。近年来，随着我国人口老龄化的加速，以高血压为主要病因的各种老年病、慢性病等疾病的发病率逐年上涨，并呈年轻化的趋势。成年人群中高血压的患病率不断增高，其已成为心脑血管疾病最为危险的因素。现阶段用西药控制血压并不难，然而如何改善症状，减少并发症的发病率，提高患者的生活质量仍然是个亟待解决的问题。各种研究证明中医药是治疗高血压的有效途径，其辨证分型是疾病治疗的一大特色，个体化的、有针对性的治疗方案使其在该方面更具独特性。

【Abstract】Hypertension is one of the most common chronic diseaseat present. In recent years, with the acceleration of aging population inChina, the incidence rate of high blood pressure is increasing year by year, aswell as the trend of younger age is increasing too. The prevalence ofhypertension in the adult population is increasing and it has become the mostdangerous factor of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. It is notdifficult to control blood pressure at the present stage by the use of westernmedicine, but improving the symptoms and reducing the incidence ofcomplications to improve the quality of life of the patients is still achallenge. Various studies have proved that Chinese medicine is an effectiveway to treat hypertension, and its differentiation is a feature of diseasetreatment.
