解郁化瘀汤治疗老年脑梗死后抑郁症的 临床效果观察

【摘  要】目的：观察解郁化瘀汤对老年脑梗死后抑郁症的临床治疗效果。方法：选取2014年6月—2015年6月来我院就诊的68例老年脑梗死后抑郁症患者作为研究对象，随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采用常规西医疗法，治疗组则给予解郁化瘀汤疗法，观察分析两组病人的临床效果及抑郁评分。结果：①治疗组病人治疗后总有效率为70.6%，对照组总有效率为41.2%，两组对比P=0.01＜0.05，差异对比具有统计学意义；②两组病人治疗后观察组抑郁评分下降水平明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：采用解郁化瘀汤疗法治疗老年脑梗死后抑郁症患者，能明显改善患者的治疗效果及减轻患者的抑郁症状，因此值得在临床治疗中推广使用。

【Abstract】Objective: Toobserve the clinical therapeuticeffect of Jieyu Huayu Decoction in treating depression after senilecerebral infarction. Methods: 68patients with depression after senile cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from June2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into thecontrol group and the treatment group. Patientsin the control group received conventional western medicine treatment while the patientsin the treatmentgroup received Jieyu Huayu Decoction; the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients and their depression scores were observed and analyzed. Results:①The total effectiverate of the treatment group was 70.6%, whichwas significantly higher thanthat of the control group, 41.2% ,P=0.01<0.05, andthe difference was significant (P<0.05); ②The decreasing of the depression scores of the treatmentgroup was significantly better thanthat of the control group, and the difference wassignificant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Applying JieyuHuayu Decoction could significantly improve clinical effects and relieve the depression symptoms in treating depression after senile cerebral infarction; therefore, it should be widely applied in clinical treatment.
