益气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑中风疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：探讨益气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑中风的疗效。方法：选取本院2012年2月—2015年3月收治的62例缺血性脑中风患者作为研究对象，根据随机原则分成治疗A组和治疗B组。治疗A组患者予以常规药物治疗，治疗B组患者予以常规药物治疗+益气活血通络汤。对比两组患者治疗效果，并在治疗前后对红细胞压积、血浆黏度比、全血黏度比、纤维蛋白原、凝血酶原时间的差异性进行对比。结果：与治疗A组相比，治疗B组患者疗效明显更高，数据间经x²检验存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗B组红细胞压积、血浆黏度比、全血黏度比、纤维蛋白原、凝血酶原时间改善更显著，数据间经t检验存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：益气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑中风疗效确切，可有效改善患者血流动力学，改善患者预后，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: Toexplore the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoctionin treating ischemic stroke. Methods: 62 patients with ischemic stroke, who were admitted and treated inour hospital from February 2012 to March 2015, were selected as researchobjects and randomly divided into treatment group A and B. Patients in group Areceived conventional medicine treatment while patients in group B receivedconventional medicine combined with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction. The therapeuticeffects of two groups were compared; the difference of red cell volume, plasmaviscosity ratio, whole blood viscosity ratio, and fibrinogen, prothrombin timebefore and after treatment was contrasted.Results:Compared with group A, the therapeutic effect of group Bwas significantly better; the differences betweentwo groups were statistically significant by x² test (P<0.05). The improvement of red cellvolume, plasma viscosity ratio, whole blood viscosity ratio, fibrinogen,prothrombin time in group B was significantly better; thedifferences between two groups were statistically significant by t test (P<0.05).Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction had significant clinical effect in treating ischemic stroke, it could enhance the patients hemodynamicseffectively and improve prognosis, therefore,it was worthy of promotion.
