中医特色护理对中风康复效果影响的临床研究

【摘  要】目的：探讨中医特色护理对中风康复效果的影响。方法：将68例中风患者随机分为对照组与研究组，每组34例，对照组采用常规康复护理，研究组在此基础上中医特色护理，护理30 d后进行两组护理效果比较。结果：研究组中风并发症褥疮、坠积性肺炎、便秘、抑郁、焦虑发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05），两组护理后半身不遂、口舌歪斜、言语蹇涩等症状及SDS、SAS、ADL、FMA评分较护理前均有改善（P＜0.05或P＜0.01），研究组对其改善程度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：中医特色护理能有效提高中风康复效果，改善患者临床症状，增强日常运动与生活能力，疏解抑郁、焦虑等不良情绪，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective: Toinvestigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine feature nursing on strokerehabilitation. Method: 68 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into thecontrol group(34 cases)and the research group(34 cases); the control group was given conventional rehabilitation care,while traditional Chinese medicine feature nursing was given tothe researchgroup. The nursing effects were compared after 30days. Result: The incidence rate of stroke complications, such as bedsores,hypostatic pneumonia, constipation, depression, anxiety of the researchgroup was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The symptomsof hemiplegia, mouth askew, sluggish speech,and SDS, SAS, ADL, FMA scoreswere improved after 30days nursing(P<0.05orP<0.01),the improvement of the research group was better than that of control group.Conclusion:Traditional Chinesemedicine featurenursing could improve the effect of stroke rehabilitation, relieve the patients’clinical symptoms, enhance daily movement and life skills, and ease depression,anxiety and other negative emotions, therefore, it wasworthy of promotion.
