坤泰胶囊与戊酸雌二醇治疗围绝经期综合征 临床疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：比较坤泰胶囊与戊酸雌二醇治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效与不良反应。方法：选取2014年6月1日—2014年12月31日我院妇科门诊就诊的围绝经期综合征患者120例，随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，观察组用坤泰胶囊治疗，对照组用戊酸雌二醇治疗，比较治疗前后两组患者的雌二醇（E2）水平及不良反应发生率。结果：同治疗前相比较，两组患者的血清雌二醇水平均有明显上升，有显著性差异（P＜0.05），两组间治疗前后雌二醇水平的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），对照组不良反应的发生率高于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：坤泰胶囊治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效较好，不良反应发生率较戊酸雌二醇明显降低，适合临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective: To compare theclinical effects and advise reactions of Kun Tai capsules and estradiolvalerate in the treatment of perimenopause syndrome. Method: 120 cases withperimenopause syndrome from 1^st June, 2014 to 31^stDecember, 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into anobservation group and a control group, 60 cases in each group. The observationgroup was treated with Kun Tai capsules, while the control group was treatedwith estradiol valerate. The levels and incidences were observed. Results:Compared with before treatment, two groups of patients with serum estradiollevels were significantly increased. There was significant difference (P <0.05), the two groups before and after treatment between estradiol leveldifferences no statistical significance (P> 0.05) , the control group, the adverse reaction incidence was higher thanthat in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Kun Taicapsules have good effect on perimenopause syndrome with lower incidence ofadvise reactions than estradiol valerate, which is worthy of promotion.
