血清HCG和孕酮水平检验在早期先兆流产的价值观察

【摘 要】目的：检验孕妇血清HCG和孕酮水平，对其在早期先兆流产患者病情预测中的应用价值进行分析。方法：选取我院2012年6月—2014年6月收治的早期先兆流产患者80例，按照妊娠结局的不同分为妊娠持续组和妊娠失败组；对两组患者的血清HCG水平及孕酮水平进行动态监测，并对两组血清HCG和孕酮水平的差异进行比较。结果：首次监测结果表明，妊娠持续组孕妇血清HCG水平及孕酮水平均明显高于妊娠失败组，两组血清HCG和孕酮水平的比较具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。复查结果表明，妊娠失败组血清HCG水平未呈倍数增加，部分血清孕酮水平降低；妊娠持续组血清孕酮水平逐渐升高。血清HCG联合孕酮预测流产的特异性、敏感度、准确性最高，分别为89.6%，86.5%，85.6%。结论：检验血清HCG和孕酮水平，能够对早期先兆流产的发生进行准确预测，其动态监测效果明显，有利于对早期先兆流产患者预后的有效评估，且具有较高的特异性和敏感度，值得临床推广使用。

【Abstract】Objective:To analyze the value of examining maternal serum HCG and progesterone levels inearly prediction of disease of threatened abortion patients. Methods: A totalof 80 cases of threatened abortion patients in our hospital from June 2012 to June2014 were divided into pregnancy group and pregnancy failure group according todifferent pregnancy outcomes, the serum HCG and progesterone level of twogroups’ patients were monitored dynamically and the difference of two groupswas compared. Results: The first monitoring results indicated that the serumHCG and progesterone level of pregnancy group was significantly higher thanthat of the  pregnancy failure group,comparison of levels of serum HCG and progesterone was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). Reviewresults indicated that the serum HCG level of the pregnancy failure groupfailed to increase exponentially, some serum progesterone level reduced; theserum progesterone level of pregnancy group increased gradually.Thespecificity, sensitivity and accuracy of HCG serum combined with progesteronein predicting abortion were the highest, which was 89.6%, 86.5% and 85.6%respectively. Conclusion: Testing serum HCG and progesterone levels couldpredict early threatened abortion accurately and had an obvious dynamicmonitoring effect, which was conducive in an effective evaluation of theprognosis of patients with early threatened abortion, and it had a highspecificity and sensitivity, which was worthy of further promotion andapplication.
