中医治疗高血压的临床分析

【摘 要】目的：为了对中医治疗高血压的治疗方法进行临床指导，而对中医治疗高血压的临床效果进行的分析。方法：选取近年来收治的150例高血压患者分为两组，其中，采用中医综合方法进行治疗为治疗组（75例），仅采用中成药治疗为对照组（75例），15 d为1个疗程，治疗3～4个疗程，对比两组患者疗效，从而分析这两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：经过3～4个疗程后，治疗组的总有效率为91.0%；对照组的总有效率为70.5%。治疗组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组患者，两组对比P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：中医综合治疗高血压比只用中成药来治疗高血压的效果好，值得临床应用推广。

【Abstract】Objective: In order to guide the clinicaltreatment of TCM treatment of hypertension, and to analyze the clinical effectof TCM treatment of hypertension. Methods: 150 patients with hypertension weredivided into two groups, which were treated with traditional Chinese medicinecombined treatment group, 75 cases of treatment group, the remaining 75 casestreated with Chinese patent medicine for the control group, and 15d for 1courses, after 3 to 4 treatment, the efficacy of these two groups of patients,so as to analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of these two groups. Results: Thetotal effective rate was 91.04% in the treatment group after 3 to 4 courses oftreatment, and the total effective rate was 70.52% in the control group. Thetotal effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than thatof the control group, the difference was statistically significant between the0.05 groups in the P<two. Theefficacy of the two groups showed that the treatment group was better than thecontrol group. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine combined treatment ofhypertension is better than the traditional Chinese medicine to treathypertension, so it is worthy of application and promotion.
