探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病合并心绞痛的临床疗效

【摘 要】目的：探讨中西医结合方案治疗冠心病合并心绞痛临床效果。方法：选取我院2014年5月—2015年5月收治冠心病合并心绞痛患者100例，随机分组，就西药常规治疗（对照组，n=50）与加用中药补气活血汤治疗（观察组，n=50）效果展开对比。结果：观察组总有效率经统计为90.0%，显著高于对照组72.0%，有统计学差异（P＜0.05），观察组血脂各项指标治疗后改善情况优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：冠心病合并心绞痛患者应用中西医结合方案治疗，可降低患者血脂水平，提高临床治疗效果，对保障患者预后意义显著。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinical therapeuticeffect of combined treatment of TCM and western medicine in treating coronaryheart disease with angina pectoris. Methods: 100 cases of coronary heartdisease with angina pectoris in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and controlgroup evenly, the observation group(n=50) received combined treatment of TCM and western medicineand thecontrolgroup (n=50)received conventional treatment of the westernmedicine, the therapeutic effect of two groups were observed. Results: Thetotal efficiency of the observation group was 90.0%, which was significantly higher than that of thecontrol group, 72.0%, thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.05),the improvement of blood lipid of the observation group was better than that ofthe control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combined treatmentof TCM and western medicine could reduce the level of blood lipids, improve theclinical therapeutic effect in addition to guaranteeing the prognosis of thepatients in treating coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.
