补肾活血汤对68例继发性闭经患者临床疗效的影响分析

【摘 要】目的：分析补肾活血汤对68例继发性闭经患者临床疗效的影响。方法：选取我院接受治疗的136例继发性闭经患者。根据对患者治疗方案的不同分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组采用补肾活血汤治疗，对照组采用西医药物治疗。对比两组患者治疗近远期疗效以及治疗安全性。结果：治疗组患者近期疗效总有效率明显大于对照组；两组患者的远期疗效与近期相比，均有所下降，但是研究组患者有效率明显大于对照组；研究组患者治疗过程中不良反应总发生率显著小于对照组，以上差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：补肾活血汤治疗继发性闭经患者治疗后疗效更好，且无毒副作用，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective: To study the clinical curativeeffect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on 68 cases of secondary amenorrhea patients.Methods: 136 patients with secondary dysmenorrhea treated in our hospital wereselected and divided into the treatment group and the control group accordingto different treatment. The treatment group received Bushen Huoxue Decoction onwhile the control group received western medicine. Both the long term and shorttern therapeutic efficacy and safety of two groups were compared. Results: Theshort tern total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higherthan that of the control group; the long-term efficacy of the two groups wassignificantly lower than that in the near future, but the efficiency of thetreatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, thetotal incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantlyless than that in the control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Decoction had bettercurative effect in the treatment of secondary amenorrhea patients, there wasnon-toxic side effects and the adverse reactions were less, it was worthy ofclinical application.
