中医治疗稳定期慢阻肺的临床研究

【摘 要】目的：对中医治疗稳定期慢阻肺的临床效果进行观察与分析。方法：随机抽取2013年3月—2014年4月收治的76例稳定期慢阻肺病患，将其分为研究组和对照组，平均每组38例，对照组使用西药进行治疗，研究组使用中药进行治疗，分析两组的治疗效果。结果：研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，两者间的差异具备统计学的意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中医治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病效果显著，可以有效治疗气喘、咯痰、咳嗽等症状，有利于提高患者的生活质量，值得临床上推广使用。

【Abstract】Objective:Toobserve andanalyze the clinical effect of TCM treatment stabilization for chronicobstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Method: 76 cases of plateau chronicobstructive pulmonary disease recorded from March 2013 to April 2014 wererandomly divided into research group and control group,38 cases in each group.Thecontrol group was treated by western medicine treatment, while the researchgroup was treated byTraditional Chinese Medicine. After the treatment the thetherapeutic effect of two groups was analyzed. Results: The research groupeffectiveness was higher than that in the control group, and the difference hadstatistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: TCM treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has asignificant effect, and can effectively treat asthma, expectoration, cough andother symptoms. It improves patients' quality of lifewhichis worth popularizingfor clinicalapplication.
