肝癌草药规范化使用的初步研究

【摘 要】目的：探索肝癌草药临床规范化使用。方法：检索期刊和查阅书籍，共纳入79例不同医师单纯中药治疗肝癌高级别疗效案例。从中选择79张不同草药处方，将全部药物列举出来，统计重复次数。选择频数≥3的草药，组成肝癌临床草药数据库。结果：共筛选出129味草药，均经过了临床验证，对肝脏有治疗作用，且无损害作用。结论：肝癌临证时优先选择数据库内草药，优先选择重复次数高的草药，初步规范肝癌草药使用。

【Abstract】Objective:To explore the clinical standardized use ofChinese herbal medicine of liver cancer. Methods: 79 high-level efficacy livercancer treatment cases by 79 different doctors using herbal medicine treatmentwere included by retrieving journals and books, 79 different herbalprescriptions from the cases were selected and all the herbal medicine were listed,their repetition was counted, t herbs with a frequency≥3 were selected to form liver cancer clinical herbaldatabase. Results: 129 kinds of herbs are selected, which have been validatedin clinical practice. They had a therapeutic effect on the liver and showed nodamaging effects. Conclusion:In thetreatment of liver cancer, herbs in the database should be given preference, andherbs in high repetitions should be given priority, a primary standardizationof the use of the herbal medicine of liver cancer should be achieved.
