化痰活血汤治疗老年人2型糖尿病临床观察

【摘 要】目的：观察化痰活血汤治疗老年2型糖尿病（痰瘀互结型）的临床疗效及血糖、血脂、血流变的变化。方法：将60例老年2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组、对照组，均为30例。两组均予糖尿病饮食，适当运动等基础治疗，对照组口服二甲双胍片、格列齐特片治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上服用化痰祛瘀自拟方，疗程均为28d。结果：治疗后治疗组总有效率为96.7%，对照组为83.3%，总体疗效及改善患者证候等的差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），与对照组相比，治疗组治疗后FPG、2 hPG、TC、LDI-C、血液流变学指标均明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：化痰祛瘀法治疗老年2型糖尿病（痰瘀互结）疗效优于单纯西药组，能够明显改善临床症状，调控血糖血脂，改善血流变等，值得在临床上推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe the clinical curativeeffect of Huatan Huoxue Decoction in treating senile patients with type 2diabetes mellitus (type of phlegm and blood stasis) and the changes of bloodglucose, blood lipid, blood rheology. Method:60 senile patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided intothe treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. Bothgroups were given diabetes diet, adequate exercise and other basic treatment,the control group was treated with metformin, gliclazide tablets while the treatmentgroup received self-made Huatan Quyu Formula on the basis of the treatment ofthe control group, a course was of 28 days.Result: After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment groupwas 96.7% while that of the control group was 83.3%, the difference of overallefficacy and the improvement of the patients’ syndrome was statisticallysignificant (P＜0.05), compared with the control group,FPG, 2hPG, TC, LDI a C and blood rheology index of the treatment group weresignificantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion:HuatanQuyu method had better clinical curative effect for Type 2 diabetes phlegm andblood stasis) than western medicine, it could significantly relieve theclinical symptoms, regulate blood lipid and blood sugar and improve blood flowchange, etc., therefore, it was worthy of clinical application.
