文拉法辛联合小剂量阿立哌唑治疗难治性抑郁症疗效观察

【摘 要】目的：探讨用文拉法辛联合小剂量阿立哌唑治疗难治性抑郁症的效果、合理性和生理反应。方法：选取我院2014年1月—2015年1月收治的80例难治性抑郁症患者，按数字分组法随机平均分为观察组与对照组，每组40例，观察组服用文拉法辛配合阿立哌唑，对照组服用文拉法辛，两组分别用药60 d。结果：观察组总有效率82.5%，明显高于对照组67.5%的总有效率，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：针对难治性抑郁症患者，文拉法辛联合小剂量阿立哌唑疗效更佳，表现出治疗总有效率高、不良反应少的特点，推荐使用。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the effect, rationality and physiological responses ofvenlafaxine combined with low-dose aripiprazole in treating refractorydepression. Methods: 80 patientswith refractory depression, admitted to our hospital from January 2014 toJanuary 2015, were randomized into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group, the control group was given venlafaxine treatmentwhile the observation group received venlafaxine combined with low-dosearipiprazole. After 6 months’ treatment, the treatment lasted 60 days.Results: The total effective rate ofthe observation group was 82.5%, which was significantly higher than that ofthe control group, 67.5%, the difference was of statistical significance (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Venlafaxinecombined with low-dose aripiprazole had better effect in treating refractorydepression, it showed a high effective rate and little adverse reaction and itrecommended in application.
