益气养阴解毒方对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者 生存质量的影响

【摘  要】目的：分析益气养阴解毒方治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者对其生存质量的影响。方法：选取晚期非小细胞肺癌患者82例，分为两组各41例。对照组采用NP化疗方案治疗，观察组采用益气养阴解毒方治疗，对比两组情况。结果：观察组治疗后中医证候、生活质量和体能状况评分均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：益气养阴解毒方治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者效果显著，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the effect ofadvanced non-small cell lung cancer patients to their quality of life Yiqi YangyinTreatment of detoxification.Methods: Patients with advanced non-small cell lungcancer, 82 cases divided into two groups, each of 41 cases. The control groupwith NP chemotherapy treatment, observation group were Yiqi Yangyin Treatmentof detoxification, compared two groups of cases.Result: After the observationgroup syndromes, quality of life and physical condition scores weresignificantly better than the control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05). Results:After the observation group syndromes, quality of life and physical conditionscores were significantly better than the control group, the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqiyangyin detoxification side effects of the treatment of advancednon-small-cell lung cancer significantly, worthy of promotion.
