沈卫东教授针药结合治疗Bell’s面瘫经验

【摘 要】介绍沈卫东教授针药结合治疗Bell’s面瘫的临床经验与施术特色。沈师临证多以浅刺恢复面肌功能，慎用电针及强刺激手法，同时主张针、灸与中药协同治疗，强调治疗过程中扶正与祛邪兼顾，使患者达到全面康复的目的。

【Abstract】Thispaper introduces the clinical experience and characteristics of Professor ShenWeidong in treating Bell 's facial paralysis by acupuncture combined withmedicine. Professor Shen frequently uses shallow needling to gain the recoveryof facial muscle function, he is quite cautious with electroacupuncture andstrong stimulation practice. He also advocates that synergistic treatment of acupuncture,moxibustion and Chinese herbal medicine and he emphasizes that strengtheningthe body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors should be given equalconsideration to in the course of treatment to achieve the purpose ofcomprehensive rehabilitation of patients.
