阳江地区骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者 的住院情况调查分析

【摘 要】目的：调查分析阳江地区骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者的住院情况。对该疾病作出参考的建议。方法：搜集阳江市中医院骨科患者临床资料并对2011年1月—2015年12月收治的50岁以上骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者的的住院费用、发病率、住院时间、治疗方法的住院情况进行统计分析。结果：共纳入562例骨科患者，骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折发病率为17.5%，再次骨折发病率21.4%，住院时间（18.5±2.5）d、住院费用（11500±2075）元，治疗方法上，17.4%的患者选取了经皮椎体成形术治疗，而82.6%则采取了非手术治疗。结论：阳江地区骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者住院费用、发病率、住院时间、再次骨折发病率均呈现出上升态势。中医药治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折成为治疗上新的亮点。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate and analyze the hospitalizationof patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in Yangjian City and to propose references for thetreatment of the disease. Methods: The clinical data of orthopedic patients inYangjiang TCM Hospital were collected and the hospitalization, including thecost of hospitalization, incidence of disease, length of stay and treatment method,of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, who were over 50and treated from January 2011 to December 2015, were statistically analyzed. Results:562 cases of orthopaedic patients wereincluded and the investigation found that the incidence rate of osteoporoticvertebral compression fractures was 17.5%, second fracture incidence rate was 21.4%,length of stay was (18.5±2.5 ) days, hospitalization expense was (11500±2075) yuan, as for the treatment method,17.4% of the patients selected percutaneous vertebral angioplasty treatmentwhile 82.6% chose non-surgical treatment. Conclusion:The hospitalization expenses, incidence rate, length of stay andsecond fracture incidence rate of patients with osteoporotic vertebralcompression fractures in Yangjian City had an increasingtendency. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment became a new shining point intreating osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.
