复方蛇蚁喷雾剂治疗腰痛的临床研究

【摘 要】目的：研究复方蛇蚁喷雾剂治疗腰痛的临床效果与安全性。方法：选取2013年7月—2014年5月我院收治的腰痛患者89例为研究对象，采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，其中观察组45例，对照组44例，对照组口服腰痛宁胶囊行常规治疗，观察组在此基础上给予复方蛇蚁喷雾剂进行治疗，比较治疗前后两组疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分（ODI），同时参照腰椎功能MacNab评定标准分析两组治疗效果，观察并记录毒副反应发生情况。结果观察组VAS评分（1.55±1.05）分、ODI评分（15.32±0.57）分明显低于对照组（3.56±1.03）分、（20.38±0.09）分（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗有效率91.1％与对照组72.7％比较显著较高（P＜0.05）；两组毒副反应发生率15.6%、13.6%无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：复方蛇蚁喷雾剂可有效缓解腰痛患者疼痛，减少功能障碍，且使用方便，患者治疗依从性高，毒副反应轻，值得在临床上广泛应用。

【Abstract】Objective: To study clinical effect andsafety of compound Sheyi spray in the treatment of low back pain. Methods: 89patients with low back pain were divided into the observation group (45 cases)and the control group (44 cases). The control group was treated with oralYaotongning capsule. Based on this, the observation group was treated with compoundSheyi spray. The pain visual analogue scale (VAS) score and Oswestry disabilityindex (ODI) score were compared between the two groups before and aftertreatment. Meanwhile, according to MacNab evaluation standard of lumbarvertebral function, the curative effects in the two groups were analyzed. Theoccurrence of adverse reactions was observed and recorded. Results:VAS score(1.55±1.05) and ODI score (15.32±0.57) of the observation group weresignificantly lower than those of the control group [(3.56±1.03), (20.38±0.09)](P<0.05); The total effective ratein the observation group (91.1%) was significantly higher than that in thecontrol group (72.7%) (P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of side effects betweenthe two groups (15.6% VS 13.6%) (P>0.05).Conclusion: Compound Sheyi spray can effectively relieve pain and reduce thedysfunction of patients with low back pain. It is easy to use and the treatmentcompliance of patients is high, with mild side effects. It is worthy ofclinical application.
